Universe in the Space Glass of Satoshi Tomizu

Ever wanted to hold a bit of the universe in the palm of your hand? these amazing creations by Satoshi Tomizu is called Space Glass and they’re the closest thing to capturing the a galaxy in a bauble.

Tomizu is an expert glassworker, born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1980 and started working with heat-resistant glass at the age of 28. His devotion to his craft has led to the production of these beautiful glass baubles that seem to contain a chunk of the cosmos within.
