The Ramen Poster: Wall Art For Ramen Lovers

Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup dish. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat- or (occasionally) fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork, dried seaweed, kamaboko, and green onions. Nearly every region in Japan has its own variation of ramen, from the tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen of Kyushu to the miso ramen of Hokkaido. [Wikipedia]

Fanny Chu from Berkeley, California is a gourmet of Japanese food and ramen lover. She wanted to list out as many delicious ramen recipes as she can find, and created a beautiful wall poster of the top 25 most favorite ramen recipes including the famous Tantanmen and Tsukemen. For each ramen recipe, there are not only the beautiful presentation of the bowl, broth, noodle, and toppings that are carefully made and arranged by the chef, but also the location and unique ingredients.

Currently, Fanny is having a crowdfunding campaign for this project. For details, please visit the website of Kickstarter.

By the way, Fanny has a really nice blog on Japanese food you shouldn't miss. (To see other posts of the blog, you can scroll down the webpage to the bottom and click on the tab "newer posts" or "older posts".)
