Iron Man

Georgian double amputee soldier Temur Dadiani, 22, set the new Guinness World Record in a rare balancing position, so called the “planche push-ups”. He performed 36 push-ups in 38.25 seconds while keeping a full planche position, in front of the personnel of the Ministry of Defence of Georgia, including the Chief of General Staff of the Georgian Armed Forces Vakhtang Kapanadze.

The record attempt was held at The Ministry of Defence of Georgia, Tbilisi, on 3 August 2014, after three years he was traumatized by explosion of the improvised explosive device (IED), while serving an ISAF Mission in Afghanistan's Helmand province, on 3 August 2011.
