Egg Map - Leave Your Nest!

Haven’t we all lost our nerves at least once before by folding an oversized map during a sightseeing-tour or when we went on a trek? Of course, we can rely on technology and use a digital map on our mobile phone, but it’s often a bigger challenge to find a hotspot or let alone charge your phone in the city.

Well, if you haven’t mastered your orientation skills and you fear that your precious smartphone will end up with a crack on its display on the ground, Egg Map is the perfect gadget for you. It's in your hand or your pocket and has manual zooming – just by squeezing it, you’ll get more details about the place than bumbling with a printed version of your information source.

Egg Map is designed by Hungarian artist Dénes Sator, who is studying Industrial design for his fourth year at Moholy Nagy University of Art and Design in Hungary.
