Chocolate Fashion Show in Paris

Oct. 27, the 2015 Salon du Chocolat is unveiled in the heart of Paris Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center, with the highly anticipated chocolate fashion show.  Some 700 participants gather on a 20,000 sqm exhibition space: 220 chocolatiers, pastry makers and confectioners, along with the greatest chefs, pastry chefs and cocoa experts who will treat visitors with chocolate recipes, conferences and other activities. A 6-meter high chocolate Bear is created the famous sculptor Richard Orlisnki, in association with Christelle Brua, the Pastry Chef of the Pré Catelan.
